Bahen & Co. creates chocolate from bean to bar, as it was made hundreds of years ago. Josh Bahen is a former wine maker turned Chocolatier. Originally from the Margaret River in Western Australia, he takes a simplistic approach to respect the cacao flavour, connecting back to the source.
